Do not submit requests for drawings to DSCR-VABA. This solicitation is anticipated to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base plus four option years. Each NSN has a guarantee, Min/Max Delivery Order Quantities; Maximum Contract Quantities for each period. Alternate offerors , i.e. sources other than those listed as approved in the AID, must submit a complete technical data package with their offer in order to be considered for this procurement. Refer to Clauses 52.217-9002 and 52.217-9G04 for requirements for submission. No electronic offers will be considered.
