- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1560-00-673-6452, NPG04125000889, Door, Landing Gear in accordance with, Rockwell International Corp. Cage: 89372, P/N 249033371-802 Rev ?M?. Another source listed is Sabreliner Corp. Cage: 0ESK8. This is a Definite Quantity Contract with a base year and a 100% quantity option. No technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. This requirement will be issue as Unrestricted Other Than Full and Open Competition. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Delivery is as important as price. The base quantity is 3 each with a 100% quantity option. Award decision will be made based upon a combination of delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB at Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The estimated issue date of this solicitation is May 25, 2004.
