- Description
- All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered for this three-year Indefinite Quantity Contract (one base year and two one-year options). Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved sources are Honeywell (0YFP0) and (97896). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described section M of the solicitation. NSN 5905-00-893-6387. Item Description: Thermal Resistor. Manufacturer?s Code and Part Number: Honeywell (0YFP0) and (97896) P/N 969-0012-002. Delivery Requirement is 210 days. Unit of Issue: Each. The FOB point and Inspection and Acceptance points are Origin. The solicitation will open on May 27, 2004 and close on June 28, 2004. See Numbered notes 12 and 26
