- Description
- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with Earth Satellite Corp., to provide a bathymetry subject matter expert to work on the project entitled "Shallow Water Satellite Bathymetry." This project will continue previous work under "Costal Bathymetry based on fusion of multispectral ad Lidar Imaging." The goals of this bathymetry project are to update and review pertinent literature; determine specifications of satellite imagery collection; development of algorithms to process IKONOS images to obtain a bathymetric reading; develop algortithms for MS-WK fusion process; provide IKONOS imagery analysis; provide a final report, final presentation, and recommendations for operational code.
