- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure Cylinder Hydraulic Rexroth CY250A63/45-0055810/U1CGDM Impression on/off I-8 presses Blatt 011 item 12 from KBA-Giori S.A. This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13. 106-1 see numbered note 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used
