Description

NA The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region has a requirement for three replacement digital-electronic turbine governors. This procurement is being procured under Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The work to be performed under this solicitation includes designing, manufacturing, furnishing, and delivering three replacement digital-electronic turbine governors and appurtenant parts for the hydraulic turbines at Elephant Butte Powerplant. The governors will be used to control the speed, power output, or water flow of the units while generating. A site visit will be held and the information will be provided in the solicitation. The work will be performed under NAICS Code 334513. The contract will be a supply and install firm fixed price. The approximate date of issurance of the solicitation is May 25, 2004. A free copy of the drawings (on CD) may be obtained by sending a written request to the Bureau of Reclamation, Attention: Estephanie Singleton, 125 South State Street, Room 6170, Salt Lake City, UT 84138-1147, or e-mail to esingleton@uc.usbr.gov.
