- This synopsis is for solicitation W15P7T-04-R-H610. This solicitation is combined with solicitation W15P7T-04-Q-H632. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. The United States Army Communication and Electronic Command (CECOM) i ntends to issue a Small Business Set-aside, sole source contract to Thosani, Inc. for Electrical Cord Assembly as an Operation Enduring Freedom requirement. This is a new contract requirement and will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This buy is for two ( 2) parts, electrical cord assembly, with a possible 100% option for one of the parts. First part is 476 Each of NSN: 5995-01-266-7304, Part No. 4-23529-0040, with a 100% option. Second part is 96 Each of NSN: 5995-01-466-7772, Part No. SM-A-838684-5. Th e estimated value of the entire contract, including the option, is $89,000. This action is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source.
