- The US Army CECOM intends to procure 50 each Fiber Optic Cable, NSN: 6020-01-490-2311 and 50 each Fiber Optic Cable, NSN: 6020-01-490-2311. This procurement is a Request for QuoteW15P7T-04-Q-H026. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price type con tract will be awarded on a sole source basis to Fiber Systems International, 1300 Central Expressway Suite 100, Allen TX, 75013-6107 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304( c)(1). Only One Responsible Source, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(1). The govern ment does not possess technical data (drawings or specifications) completely defining the form, fit and function of the item being procured. In addition, the form, fit and function is not defined by any nationally recognized industry standard or specifica tion. Fiber Systems International possesses the manufacturing data and is the actual manufacturer of this item. All responsible sources may submit a quotation that shall be considered. Responses may be received through the Army Single Face to Industry Pag e (ASDI) at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil.
