- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is a Request for Quotation W15P7T-04-Q-H018. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of the FAR in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01 -20. This will be a 100% small business set-aside for NAICS Code 334111; Number of Employees 1000. The U.S Army CECOM intends to procure 80 HP IPAQ 5550 model with Pocket PC 2003 Operating System, 48 MB memory, X scale processor with replaceable batter y. The unit should include AC adaptor and charging cradle. This will be a firm fixed price contract. Shipment is FOB Destination. Delivery will be 30 days after receipt of order delivered to USA Field Artillery School, Property Book Office, Bldg 2192 ( Attn: Shirley Rabb), UIC: W90W8C, Ft. Sill, OK 73503-5600. Packaging will be Commercial. Bar Coding is not required.
