Suppliers capable of producing/supplying the Government must include documentation such as test results, copy of prior purchase order(s) if the supplier produced the item. The supplier must de monstrate that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with units that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from previous suppliers. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that these items supplied will satisfactor ily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. A complete technical data package defining the manufacture and acceptance of this item is available from the Army.
