Description
The Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W), in support of the Army Judge Advocate General is seeking to purchase a year subscription of Law Libraries. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS is 516110, size standard 500 employees. The solicitation number is W74V8H-04-T-0080. The qualified vendor must provide one year of nine (9) Law Subscriptions to support the Army Judge Advocate General. Nine subscriptions includes: (1) Federal Contracts Report covering the complete spectrum of issues affecting the federal acquisition of goods and services (2) Family Law Reporter reviews appellate court family law cases from across the country, calls attention to important new state and federal legislative developments, and serves as a reliable monitor of new trends and issues (3) Criminal Law Reporter gives the most timely notification service for significant developments, trends and emerging patterns in criminal law today to safeguard a client interest, understand the impact and impl ication of current rulings that set precedent, examine new statues or tackle controversial issues (4) U.S. Law Week provides news of key legislative, regulatory, and pre-decisional developments in the law plus analysis and perspective articles in various l egal specialties (5) Government Employees Relations Reporter provides full coverage of the latest developments in employee relations at federal, state, and local levels on issues such as affirmative action, collective bargaining, sexual harassment, downsiz ing, domestic partners benefits, health insurance, workplace violence, e-mail and employee internet use (6) Workplace Law Report provides weekly coverage of key federal and state court rulings under employment and labor laws, plus information on regulatory actions and administrative rulings (7) Manual on Professional Conduct - A source for news and guidance on virtually every aspect of attorney conduct and legal ethics (8) Tax Management Portfolios Library provides tax practitioners with an in-depth analysi s of specific transactional issues necessary to the development and implementation of detailed tax strategies (9) Environment and Safety Library offers a powerful easy to use research collection of federal and state laws, regulations, documents and complia nce tools for thorough coverage of all areas of the environment and safety issues. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to the acquisition. Offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Repre sentations and Certifications-Commercial Items with its offer. The Government anticipates awarding one purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quotation, conforming to this solicitation, will offer the LOWEST PRICE to the Government. The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items applies to this acqu isition. Clauses 52-212-4g and 52-213-2 applies to this acquisition. Quotations submitted in behalf of the operators of a property must demonstrate how contract requirements will be accomplished.
