- Description
- Air Force Research Laboratory, Nonstructural Materials Division (AFRL/MLB) solicits research proposals for Non-Metallic Materials Research Thrust (NMMRT). This is a five-year, open-ended BAA to solicit research proposals for the NMMRT program. Proposals will be requested via the issuance of amendments to the basic BAA. The overall objective of this program is to provide AFRL/MLB with a procurement vehicle for executing unanticipated appropriations.
