- Description
- Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to Repair Metal Siding at Minot AFB ND, in accordance with specifications MIN 04-0074, and drawing sheet 1 of 1. Contract will be an IDIQ type contract. Terms for contract are a Base year and one option year. Work is 87% general, 0% mechanical, and 13% electrical. Project has Base approval. Water and electricity required will be furnished by the Government. The work is not in a restricted area. Performance period will be specified on each delivery order. A 1 year warranty will be required. Project minimum is $25,000 and the project maximum is $1,900,000. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 236220. The Small Business Size Standard is $12,000,000. Project will be awarded using full and open competition procedures. Award will be made based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offer. Solicitation will be available electronically on FedBizOps on or about 1 June 2004. Hard copies will not be available from the 5th Contracting Office.
