Period of performance will be 1 Dec 04 to1 Mar 05.The standard Industry Code (SIC) is 0783 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730. This solicitation is a 100% Set-Aside for Very Small Business Concerns, headquartered in the New Orleans LA Small Business Administration District. (Definition: In accordance with FAR Part 19.904, offer may not have more than 15 employees and may not have an average annual receipt that exceeds $1 million. Offerors must identify themselves as being a Very Small Business. If there is no offer received from a Very Small Business Concern, this acquisition is then 100% Set-Aside for a Small Business Concern. If there is no offer received from a Small Business Concern, this acquisition for Small Business Set-Aside may be dissolved and the acquisition opened to all responsive bidders.
