- The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 22 Network Business Center has a requirement for Window Cleaning Services for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, 11201 Benton St. Loma Linda, CA 92357. The contract effective period shall be for a base period of one year with four (4) one-year option periods. For information, please contact Monica Griffin at 562-826-5545. INSPECTION OF PREMISES: Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site to fully understand the nature of the work and the conditions under which the work is to be performed. Failure to visit the site will neither relieve the successful offeror from performing the work in the true intent and meaning of the specifications nor constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. The site visit will be conducted at the Facility Management Building, Room MD06 Thursday, May 20, 2004 at 10:00 a.m.
