Description

The VISN 7 Acquisition Service Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with the City of Dublin, GA for the installation, monitoring and maintenance of a redundant fiber circuit from Dublin, GA to Atlanta, GA. The time period will be June 01, 2004 through September 30, 2004 with two option years. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302 - only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements, NAICS code is 517910 with a size standard of $12.5 million. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within (ten) 10 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
