- This project is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Jaws and Bucking Mule Falls Trailheads project. The Jaws Trailhead involves the construction of a new trailhead, including road and parking lot construction and surfacing, installation of a pre-fabricated vault toilet, and construction of other trailhead related facilities. Bucking Mule Falls Trailhead, which currently exists, includes installation of a pre-fabricated vault toilet and construction of other trailhead related facilities. The project is located on the Bighorn National Forest, Big Horn County, Wyoming. This shall be a firm fixed price contract. This project shall be a set-aside for small business concerns. See Note 1. It is anticipated work shall begin July 10, 2004. Performance period is 60 calendar days. NAICS code is 237990, size standard $28.5 million. This is an electronic solicitation only. All documents will be posted to fedbizopps.gov for download from this web site exclusively. It is anticipated the solicitation package will be issued approximately May 25, 2004.
