- St. Joe Ranger District/Avery Office, Shoshone County, Idaho; St. Joe Ranger District/St. Maries Office, Benewah County, Idaho; Bonners Ferry Ranger District Office, Boundary County, Idaho. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation R1-04-04-44 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text form at http://www.arnet.gov/far. This is a total small business set-aside and the small business size standard is $21 million. The North American Industry Classification Code is 532420. A quotation is requested for one, two, or all three of the following line items. LINE ITEM 1: COPIER delivered to the St. Joe Ranger District/Avery Office, capable of copying minimum of 55 pages per minute, duplex capability, reduction/ enlargement capabilities of 25 percent to 400 percent, 20 tray collating capability, maximum original size paper 11? X 17?, bypass tray to allow copying onto mylar sheets. Offeror shall provide pricing for lump sum purchase, as well as alternative pricing under a lease-to-own program. State the dollar amount of trade-in allowance, if any, for Canon NP6050 currently located onsite. Offer shall include monthly maintenance agreement cost and shall specify whether supplies are or are not included. Offer shall state maximum on-site response time for troubleshooting of any maintenance/repairs. LINE ITEM 3: COPIER delivered to the Bonners Ferry District Office, capable of copying minimum of 20 pages per minute, duplexing capability, reduction/enlargement capabilities of 25 percent to 400 percent, shift/sort collating capability with stapler, three tray paper sizes: 8.5 inch by 11 inch, 8.5 inch by 14 inch, and 11 inch by 17 inch. Offeror shall provide pricing for lump sum purchase, as well as alternative pricing under a lease-to-own program. State the dollar amount of trade-in allowance, if any, for Xerox 5028 currently located onsite. Offer shall include monthly maintenance agreement cost and shall specify whether supplies are or are not included. Offer shall state maximum on-site response time for troubleshooting of any maintenance/repairs. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. One or more contract(s) award(s) will be offered to the best value offer made to the Government, considering price and technical specifications. Offerors will include with their offer a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items. The clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Offers must be received by May 21, 2004, at 4:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time at the Idaho Panhandle National Forests Supervisor?s Office, ATTN: Acquisition Management, 3815 Schreiber Way, Coeur dAlene, ID 83815-8363.
