- Description
- U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Merant for software licensing, software license maintenance and support services under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor an invitation for bid. However, all information received by close of business on 5/12/2004 will be considered by the Government. Information received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice will be entirely at the discretion of the Government.
