Description

SCA WAGE DETERMINATION NO: 94-2325 REV (25) AREA: NE,OMAHA will be used for this procurement. STATEMENT OF WORK Replace Bathroom & Kitchen Faucets Platte River Lodges SGBP O4-4010 1. Scope: Work includes providing all labor, material and equipment required to remove existing bathroom and kitchen faucets and install new bathroom and kitchen faucets. New bathroom faucet shall be Moen model 7426 chrome finish. New kitchen faucet shall be Moen model # 7425, chrome finish and lever handles. At units where new faucet are being installed, the contractor shall replace the old water supply shut-off valves below the lavatory and kitchen sink. The contractor shall repair existing pop up drain assemblies in units specified. a. Replace Kitchen fixtures and valves in units: 5001, 5002, 5003, 5004, 5005, 5006, 5008, 5009, 5010, 5011, 5012, 5013, 5017, 5018, 5020, 5021, 5023, 5026, 5028, 5030, 5031, 5032, 5033, 5035, 5040, 5043, 5048, 5050, 5051, 5052, 5053, 5056, 5057, 5058 and 5060. b. Replace Bathroom fixtures and valves in units: 5013, 5015, 5017, 5018, 5020, 5022, 5027, 5029, 5030, 5037, 5039, 5045, 5049, 5050, 5054, 5056 and 5057. c. Replace existing pop up sink assemblies in units: 5002, 5019, 5028, 5032, 5035, 5040, 5048, 5051, 5058 and 5060. 2. General: The work under this contract will be performed at the Platte River Lodges located at 25th & Hruska street across from Willow Lakes Golf Course.
