- Request For Proposal (RFP) LTC03314015551, Solicitation Number SP0412-04-R-1174proposes to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Corporate Contract for multiple competitive (24) NSNs assigned to FSC 5970, with a 2-year base period and 3 1-year option periods. The NSNs proposed for this contract can be requested from the buyer Mimi Kirkland. Inspection and Acceptance will be on destination and origin basis and FOB will be on a destination basis. All items are proposed to be placed in the stock replenishment demand category with established delivery schedules. This initiative will have Surge and Sustainment Requirements. The issue and closing dates for this procurement are December 12, 2003 and January 12, 2004 respectively. Note 26 applies to this procurement. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
