- Description
- Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform the replacement of the existing deteriorated flexible membrane liner (FML) in Pond No's. A1, B1, B2, and B3 at the Ouray National Fish Hatchery (NFH). The location is 1380 S. 2350 W., Vernal, UT. Work shall include, but is not limited to, demolition, removal and disposal of the existing deteriorated liner, preparation of the sub-grade, then furnish and install a new geotextile filter fabric and HDPE flexible membrane liner (FML). The performance period is 150 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $250,000-$500,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 21, 2004 with a closing date of on or about June 22, 2004. The solicitation will be available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.febizopps.gov). Please note that the drawings applicable to this project are not available for download from the GPE. Requests for drawings may be faxed to 303-236-4791. Parties that are unable to access the GPE, shall fax a request for the solicitation to 303-236-4791, Attn: Gerri Sylliaasen. Please include the solicitation number, your company name, address, telephone number, contact name, and fax number. See Note 27.
