- Amendment 2 (separate attachment) issued on May 6, 2004. Due Date for proposals extended until May 18, 2004. SIR Amendment 1 is hereby issued on April 27, 2004, to publish one Question and Answer (Q&A) about this SIR. The Q&A is attached (titled "Questions and Answers - First Set"). The due date for proposal submission (including submission of all past performance questionnaires) remains unchanged. This is an initial Screening Information Request (SIR) for the FAA's NexGen Messaging System Hardware Technology Refreshment Requirement. Via this SIR, the FAA is requesting Past Experience and Past Performance information. Proposals providing this information are due on or before Tuesday May 11, 2004, at 2:00 PM. An original and 1 copy of the proposal must be submitted to Jim McNulty at FAA HQ - ASU-370, 800 Independence Ave. SW, Washington, DC 20591. The SIR (and 5 attachments) are hereby posted on April 21, 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-MAY-2004).
