Description

This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22(a). The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: (10) Titan Model 3033-2 dual slot frame w/2 power supplies, update counter and dsub connectors and (10) Titan Model 3014-2 dual slot frame w/2 power supplies for the KIV-7. Brand name required. Evaluation factor will be lowest price. This is an ALL or NONE request for offers. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as the FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally, the DFARS clause 252.211-7003. Offers will be accepted via e-mail, only, prior to close-of-business 16 May 2004. No telephone calls please.
