- The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer District New York is seeking to identify potential 8(a) business sources in New York and New Jersey for a fixed price IDIQ contract procured under the Brooks Act and FAR Part 36. THIS IS NOT A PRE-SOLICITATIO N NOTICE. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS TO DETERMINE THE SET-ASIDE STATUS OF AN UPCOMMING SOLICITATION. Service are the for USACE locations within the North Atlantic Division boundaries, primarily New York District Boundaries, with the primary effort within Fort Monmouth, NJ boundaries. All environmental projects will be designed in conformance with the USA CE/local EPA regulations and DoD design standards. The North Atlantic Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) Code that is applicable to this project is 541330, Engineering Services, which has a size standard of $4,000,000.00 in average annual, receipts and corresponds to SIC 8711. One Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) will be negotiated and awarded, with a base period not to exceed one year and a maximum of two one-year option periods. The total amount of work will not exceed $3,000,000.00 and will not exceed $1,000,000.00 per per iod. An option period may be exercised when the contract amount for the base period or preceding option period has been exhausted or nearly exhausted. Work will be issued by negotiated firm-fixed price task orders. Please respond in writing to this sources sought announcement to Ina J. Provide at least one example with a brief synopsis of the project, the na me of the customer, and the value to the nearest $1,000. Architect engineering services, primarily environmental in nature to perform (1) environmental engineering relating to hazardous waste sites, YES_____, NO_____; (2) environmental clean-up conducted under CERCLA, YES_____, NO_____; (3) water quality assessment, YES_____, NO_____; (4) clean air related work and pollution preventions, YES_____, NO____; (5) prepare environmental assessments and environmental impact statements, YES_____, NO_____; (6) preparing cost estimates, YES_____, NO_____; an d construction services, YES_____, NO_____.
