- This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items; 38 EA DOUBLE PEDESTAL DESK 72"C36"; MAHOGANY/CHARCOAL INCLUDES CENTER DRAWER AND RESSESSED MODESTY PANEL WITH 6" OVER HANG 38 EA CHAIR, HIGH BACK GRAY IN COLOR OVERSTUFFED HIGH BACK CHAIR; ONE TOUCH SEAT/HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT; UPHOLSTERED ARM PADS TILT-TENSION ADJUSTMENT; EPOXY-COATED FRAME; SCUFF-RESISTANT MOLDED BASE41 1/2"H X 24 3/4" W X 28"D 22 EA CHAIR; ONE-TOUCH SEAT/HEIGHT CONTROL DUAL-WHEEL CASTERS ROLL EASILY ON CARPET; 35"h X 243/4"W X 28"D 38 EA CHAIR MAT This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F100SS411403000. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The North American Industrial Classification Standard is 423210, the Size Standard is 500 employees. FOB: Destination for delivery to: 366 OSS/OSR, Mountain Home AFB, ID 83648.
