Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for the design and build of a Glossmeter Sphere Spectrometer consisting of an integrating sphere, light source, and spectrometer in one package.***FOB shall be Destination, Gaithersburg, Maryland.***This requirement is being competed using full & open competition & will utilize the procedures identified in FAR Part 13.*** The NAICS code is 333314 with a size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is unrestricted and all interested Contractor?s may submit a quote.***The competitive Request for Quotation, specifications, RFQ amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement shall be made available via the Internet at HTTP://WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV under RFQ number SB1341-04-Q-0327.***The RFQ is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about May 21, 2004, and will only be available via the Internet at the above web site.***Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the web site. Interested parties must respond to the RFQ in order to be considered for award of any resultant purchase order. No written solicitation document will be available, telephone requests shall not be honored, and no bidders list shall be maintained. Potential offerors are requested to direct all questions via email to joni.laster@nist.gov.
