- Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to perform all work in accordance with the Statement of Work to Replacement of Dock Seals Commissary Warehouse on Goodfellow AFB, Texas. NAICS code for this acquisition is 238290 and the size standard is $12,000,000. In Accordance With Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1007(c), this acquisition is 100% Set Aside for Emerging Small Business Concerns. Offers or quotations under this acquisition are solicited from emerging small business concerns only. Offers that are not from an emerging small business shall not be considered and shall be rejected. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. Performance time shall not exceed 30 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a quote to be considered. The anticipated proposal due date is 20 April 2004 with anticipated award date of 28 April 2004. All requests for clarification relating to this RFQ must be brought to the attention of the contract specialist, Lt Ruperta Sakagawa at (325) 654-4541 or faxed to (325)-654-5149. In accordance with FAR 52.236-27 Quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Access to the site will be limited to the organized site visit only. The anticipated date for a site visit is 9 April 2004 at 0900 a.m. in Building 707, 17th Contracting Squadron. The exact date and time of the site visit and quote due date will be stated in the solicitation package. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order that will be awarded as a result of the quotations to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on past performance and price giving a slightly higher preference to past performance. This solicitation will be available via FedBizOpps website on or about 30 March 2004. Interested parties should subscribe to receive procurement announcement related to this solicitation by entering the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/and go to the notification Service area to register. Quotes may be faxed to the number above or may be e-mailed to Lt Ruperta Sakagawa (Contract Specialist) at Ruperta.sakagawa@goodfellow.af.mil. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
