- Description
- The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 97,000 BOMA rentable square feet to yield a range of 82,000 to 90,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (usf). The building must be handicapped accessible and must comply with Federal Fire Protection, Occupational Health and Environmental Safety Standards. The facility must have the potential for an efficient space design layout and meet the Agency?s' security requirements. Location: The area to be considered is bounded by the Central Employment Area of Washington, DC. Contact Marcy Owens Test or Scott Johnston (contact information below) if additional information is needed. Lease Term: Up to ten (10) years with renewal options. Occupancy: Space must be ready for tenant occupancy between December 1, 2004 and March 15, 2005. Expressions of Interest Should Be Submitted no Later than May 12, 2004 and should include: 1. Building name and address; 2. Available rentable square footage, floor locations, and estimated rental rate per rentable square foot; 3. Floor plan; 4. Owner?s name and address and written statement from owner that offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
