Description
REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 6,920 net rentable square feet which will produce approximately 5,669 BOMA usable square feet for the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection. LEASE TERM: 10 years, 5 years firm. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: To be located within (one) 1 block or closer to the existing office at 9400 Viscount, El Paso, TX. General space for employees, including handicapped parking, shall be provided according to code and zoning requirements and meet all City, State and Federal codes. LOCATION: This space shall be bordered by the following: NORTH: Larry Mahan Drive EAST: Viscount Blvd. SOUTH: Brahman Way WEST: Saddle Bronc . EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Building name and address 2) Square footage offered 3) Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 4) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 5) Evidence of authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
