Description

Federal Technology Service intends to procure help desk certification as a 100% small business set-aside under FAR Part 12. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541512. The requirement is for service for the U.S. Coast Guard Operations Systems Center (OSC), Kearneysville, WV 25430. The OSC Help Desk Staff provide user support for over 30 mission critical IT systems/software packages. The Coast Guard OSC requires a contractor to maintain that the OSC's Help Desk is certified annually as a World Class Call Center. The period of performance will include a one-year base period and four optional one-year periods in which the contractor shall review and possibly recertify the OSC. A firm fixed price contract will be utilized for this procurement. All contractors shall be registered in the CCR to be eligible for award. No paper copies of the solicitation shall be issued. It is the vendor?s responsibility to monitor the website to look for any amendments/modifications to this posting and or resultant solicitation.
