- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION M67854-04-R-0042 for commercial Classification and Staffing Support Services for the Direct Reporting Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (DRPM AAA) is hereby amended by this Amendment A001 as follows. Date and time for receipt of proposals IS EXTENDED to 12 May 2004 at 4:00PM EST. AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF A SIGNED PROPOSAL SUBMITTED VIA E-MAIL IS REQUIRED. ALL SUBMISSIONS INCLUDING PROPOSALS SHALL BE SENT TO CONTRACTS@EFV.USMC.MIL BY THE DATE AND TIME LISTED ABOVE FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS. Point of Contact is Jenny Rieck who can be reached at the above email address. All questions on this combined solicitation/synopsis shall be submitted in writing to the POC via email. Offer shall acknowledge receipt of this Amendment A001 and any subsequent solicitation amendment. 1) A copy of the full text of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and any amendments thereto shall be available at www.efv.usmc.mil That website will also provide a listing of bidder questions and the contracting office?s responses. 2) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 (MAY 2004) Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with their offer. This is a correction from the original synopsis/solicitation which listed FAR 52.212-3 (JUN 2003). A copy of the correct clause is attached to this amendment. Offerors shall also include DFARS 252.212-7000 (NOV 1995) certifications with their proposals. 3) FAR 52.212-3 and 52.212-5 Clauses applicable to this combined synopsis/solicitation are listed in the attachment to this amendment. The full listing of these clauses was truncated in the original announcement. 4) ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION REMAIN UNCHANGED AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
