The end item application for all three items is AN-TSQ-207 Central Comm-Air Support for OPS and COMM Shelters. Ordering by NSN and part number ONLY. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are not available. The government does not have nor can it acquire data for a competitive solicitation. Intent is to negotiate a sole source firm fixed price con tract with Canadian Commercial Corporation for the manufacture of the items by the only known source CAGE 27963. Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) applies - Supplies (or services) are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. Such offers must be supported by evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement and information that will enable the government to evaluate the offer without technical data.
