- The Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (CDNSWC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Azimuth, Incorporated, Morgantown, WV, for a modification to contract N00167-02-C-0060. The existing contract requires Azimuth to provide an integrated Situational Awareness (SA) Model for use on board small naval combatant craft. In this proposed modification, Azimuth will assemble and test the equipment identified in the parts list for the Craft Integrated Electronics Suite (CIES) and the Command and Control System (C2S) designed by them under the existing contract. The period of performance of this modification is for an additional twelve (12) months. The modification will be awarded on a Cost Plus Fixed Fee basis. See numbered note 22.
