- The Government reserves the right to make MULTIPLE AWARDS on this solicitation, therefore Offerors may propose on one, two, a combination of, or all CLINS. This solicitation is for a 3 year IDIQ Requirements contract with 2 option years for the foll owing 8 spare parts to the M9 Pistol: NOUN: Barrel, Pistol, NSN: 1005-01-204-4337, P/N: 9346422; NOUN: Plunger, Detent, NSN: 5340-01-204-4339, P/N: 9346424; NOUN: Block, Locking, Barrel, NSN: 1005-01-204-4340, P/N: 9346425; NOUN: Sear, NSN: 1005-01-204-437 5, P/N: 9346467; NOUN: Safety with Lever, NSN: 1005-01-226-7362, P/N: 9346486; NOUN: Bar, Trigger, NSN: 1005-01-204-4351, P/N: 9346453; NOUN: Stop, Gun, Automatic, NSN: 1005-01-204-4352, P/N: 9346454; NOUN: Hammer, Firing, Small, NSN: 1005-01-204-4355, P/N : 9346463. Guaranteed, Minimum, Maximum quantities, quantity ranges and delivery schedules will be included in the solicitation as will the evaluation factors to be used for a Best Value Trade-off process. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is 18 June 2004. The solicitation will incorporate Technical Data Packages (TDP's) for all items (excluding the Barrel) which will be viewed with the solicitation via the internet. The Technical Data Package (TDP) for the Barrel will not be viewed via the inte rnet. Thus, vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare a proposal will be able to order this TDP by submission of an email request through the 'order TDP online' link provided at the solicitation website. This solicitation will be issued electronicall y in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO /index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any inte rested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may re nder your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
