- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The California Army National Guard intends to purchase Patriotic ballpoint pens that are retractable, with an accordion plunger, com fort grip, black ink, and has one color imprinted blue logo on the barrel. The National Guard also intends to purchase Camouflage ballpoint pens that are retractable with an accordion plunger, comfort grip, black ink, and has one color imprinted logo on t he barrel color to match ends. The budget for both of these pens totals thirty thousand dollars. Quotes must not exceed the assigned budget. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR).
