- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on a RFQ Gentry-inspection units. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334818 and the size standard of 500 employees applies to this procurement. The requirement is for 2 each US-454 EddyView eddy current, video capture & strip chart. The line items description is: 2 each EddyView eddy current, video capture & strip chart. The total price shall include shipping and tax. Acceptance of product will be by AF POC. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation will be based on total cost. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
