- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide Radiology Services for the VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), Cleveland, WI 53182. Starting June 15, 2004 for the period of one year (with four one-year options exercised at the government?s discretion) in accordance with all specifications, work statement, terms and conditions contained therein. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offers, including options, shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract issued under the authority of Public Law 104-262 and 38 USC 8153 and this acquisition is unrestricted. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621512 is $11.5 Million. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
