- On April 7, 2004 the USDA, ARS, APD, AB posted a presolicitation notice for the Animal and Plant Research Support Services requirement. The original response date is changed to August 6, 2004. Offerors must submit proposals according to the Schedule of Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs and Section L Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors at http://www.afm.ars.usda.gov/ppd/animal-n-plant-rfp-05-3k06-04.pdf (web address must be typed exactly as it appears into the web address bar to reach document). Offerors are responsible for requesting Section J attachments not included in the posted solicitation package in accordance with Section L instructions.
