- All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/ on its issue date of 5-21-04. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SOLICITATION INCLUDES TWO DISKS, ONE OF WHICH MUST BE RETURNED TO THE BUYER. FOR A COPY OF THESE DISKS PLEASE CONTACT JOHN LIDONNICE AT 614-692-4711. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This is a small business set aside acquisition. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data. This proposed procurement is for an initial population of 97 NSNs which covers the following Federal Supply Classes: 1090, 1095, 1420, 1430, 1440, 2805, 3040, 4730, and 4820. The estimated dollar amount of the solicitation is greater than $100,000.00. The final award decision will be based upon a combination of past performance, price, delivery, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
