- This draft solicitation is for the Business Automation Initiative (under Emerge2) to bring a common Enterprise Service across the Department of Homeland Security. This notice is strictly for Small Business GSA Schedule 70 holders. The purpose of this notice is to advise small businesses of the 12 large business concerns under the GSA Schedule 70 (that will compete under this solicitation) and identify potential sub-contracting opportunities. The solicitation and the list of the 12 companies are contained in the two attachments to this notice. Please advise if you have questions or comments.
