Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR FAC 2001-20. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and is issued as a Request for Quotation. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Solicitation Number is FA4809-04-Q-0237. The NAICS code 334517 applies to this solicitation. The size standard is 500 employees. The item description is as follows: Purchase and delivery of 100 each, 14” x 17” Kodak Industrex C2 SO170 phosphor imaging plate specified for NDT industries, non-medical use and 100 each, 14” x 17” Vinyl cassette that will hold phosphor screen to Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. *Note - vendor must also call Virtual Media Integration at (850)432-0355 for approved specs to ensure portions of the warranty of the CR system are not voided.
