- THE QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION WILL BE AT 1:30 P.M. EST The Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program (CTEP) of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) is soliciting capability statements from Small Business Firms under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541990, with a size standard of $6.0M per annum. Based on the responses received from this SOURCES SOUGHT announcement, the proposed acquisition may be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. THIS IS NOT AN RFP AND DOES NOT COMMIT THE NIH TO AWARD A CONTRACT NOW OR IN THE FUTURE. NO RFP PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. All Small Business firms responding to this Sources Sought Announcement must have the capabilities to provide support services to the CTEP Program. These services will provide direct organizational and data management support for specific clinical trials programs and provide support to the CTEP Professional Staff in the acquisition, review and analysis of data and information which result from extramural clinical research and assist in the development, planning and conduct of scientific studies and clinical trials. A draft Statement of Work which is subject to revisions is available on the RCB website http://rcb.cancer.gov/rcb-internet/ click on "Current Requests for Proposals". There will be a technical a question and answer session on July 15, 2003 at 1:30 PM local time in the NCI Conference Room at 6120 Executive Boulevard, Rockville, MD, Suite 600 Room 6001, to help in your preparation of your capability statement. If you plan to attend the question and answer session, please send an e-mail or fax to one of the people listed under Point of Contact. Questions can be sent prior to the Session by e-mail or fax but will not be answered until July 15, 2003. Sources possessing experience and demonstrated capability to accomplish the Statement of Work are to supply pertinent information in sufficient detail to demonstrate their ability to perform the required services. Information furnished must not exceed 10 pages and should include an outline of previous similar projects and other available literature for the NIH to perform a proper evaluation of your capability statement.
