- NSN 3433-00-294-6743, Torch Set, Cutting and Welding. Solicitation is procured fully competitive. I/A/W A-A-55826. QAP 251. Requested delivery is 30 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 632 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 316 each. The quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is April 26, 2004. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at: http://progate.daps.mil/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
