- Description
- The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Gaithersburg Maryland site intends to acquire the services of a contractor that shall provide all labor, equipment, materials needed to service pure water systems in five buildings with one building containing the majority of service. This building includes the service of Super 30 Deionizer tanks. These tanks are part of the complete system and were part of the original specifications to meet water quality. Details will be provided in the solicitation. The period of performance will be a 12-month base period, beginning on date of award, with four 12-month options. FAR Part 13.5 “Test Program for Certain Commercial Items” The Government anticipates the award of a fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about March 4, 2004 on www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation, any amendments and any questions and answers to the solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS and are totally the responsibility of the offeror. No mailing lists will be kept and no hard copy of the RFQ will be available. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-FEB-2004).
