- Description
- Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision necessary to upgrade and renovate the interior and exterior of Bldg. 427 to current codes and standards. The project includes signage, fire rated walls, new roof, fire exits, and landscaping. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This proposed acquisition is unrestricted. All responsible bidders must be CCR registered to be considered for award. The solicitation will be posted to the Electronic Posting System (EPS) on or about 31 July 2003 and can be accessed at www.eps.gov. Small Business Concerns may obtain paper copies of the solicitation via written request. The Government will not honor telephone requests. Requests for IFB F12617-03-B-0003 shall be submitted in writing or Faxed to (765) 688-2803. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring the EPS site for the solicitation package and other pertinent information and downloading their own copies. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-JUL-2003).
