Description

Provide services to install a Goverment Furnished 11,100-gallon above ground storage tank at the Aviation Fuel Tank Farm Facility, USCG Air Station Barbers Point, Kapolei, Hawaii. The work includes concrete mounting pads, grounding and bonding, piping, fittings, flanges, valves, supports and all related work for a complete and useable system. This solicitation is a best value source selection. Offers will be evaluated on price, past performance, and qualifications of key personnel. The period of performance is 240 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 and is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 237120. Size Standard is $28.5 million. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Offerors should register to receive notification of this solicitation. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted solely on this website.
