Description

1) Note: Contact Points: 1) Lynn Intrepidi, Contracting Officer, 215/861 5501 2) Steve Adams, 215/861 5516, Contract Specialist. 2) Solicitation 3-JC-499-51 for the operation of the Carl D. Perkins Job Corps Center, in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, and Career Transition Services will be available on FedBiz Ops o/a January 30, 2004. (Under Vendors, Acronyms, select DoL, click on Employment and Training Agency “Location,” then Philadelphia Region). It will also appear on the Job Corps Web Site http://wdsc.doleta.gov/jobcorps/(On left of screen, under “Announcements,” RFPs, click on Centers, select Centers, select Philadelphia Region). 3) The closing date for written technical proposals, Business Management Proposals, Subcontracting Plans, and Staff Qualifications and Schedules will be o/a, March 24, 2004. Oral presentations are tentatively scheduled the week of April 26, 2004. 4) A preproposal conference and site walk thru are scheduled for February 12, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. EST. 5) The resultant cost reimbursement, incentive fee, contract will run from October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2006, with three unilateral option years. 6) The average planned capacity of the Carl D.
