- Description
- The United States Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg North Carolina has a requirement for the Non-Standard Weapons Support Facility (NSWSF) to supply foreign weapon repair parts to establish a primary level of stock to sustain day to day operatons in support of its units as well as support their eighteen (18) month safety certification process. A multiple award may be made. Seeking interested vendors who are able to supply all non standard foreign weapon parts requested. All vendors responding are required to be registered in Central Contractor Registration, (CCR). For a complete listing of weapons being requested please forward your request via facsimile (fax) to (910) 432-9345 or email Valaida Bradford at bradforv@soc.mil. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. All proposals must reference the Request for Proposal Number H92239-04-T-0028. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-22. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with all applicable clauses and provisions. The Standard Industrial Code is 3489. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332995. Size Standard is 500 employees. This action is unrestricted. THIS WILL BE A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT. PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES INCORPORATE BY REFERENCE: The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions are appplicable to the acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items, with the following evaluation factors inserted in paragraph(a) of the provision. Quotes will be evaluated as to the technical acceptability, price and past performance. Award will be made to the lowest responsive quote from a responsible offeror. Contractors are required to submit a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items and Certifications and Defense Federal Acqusition Supplement (DFARS) 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items are applicable to this requirement and offerors shall include a completed copy of the Representations and Certifications with their bid. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 (Deviation), Conract Terms Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, with the following clauses being applicable to the solicitation; 52.203-6 Alt I, 52.22-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33, 52.247-64. Additionally DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration; 252.212-7001 (Deviation), Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items. QUOTES ARE DUE: Quotes shall be received at HQ USASOC, ATTN: AOCO, Valaida J. Bradfor, Fort Bragg, North Carolina 28310, not later than 2:00 P.M., EDT, Thursday, 13 May 2004. FAX submissions will be accepted at (910) 432-9345 as well as E-MAIL submissions at bradforv@soc.mil. Quotes shall include (1) letter signed by an individual authorized to bind the organizations with a shedule of offered items/supplies/services to include unit price, proposed specifications and drawings if available, (2) completed Representatins and Certifications, and (3) acknowledgement of any FEDBIZOPPS (http://fedbizopps.gov) the same as this combined synopsis/solicitation.
