Sources Sought Only. This is not a solicitation; this is for market research only and may or may not result in a solicitation. Course Title ?Integrated Logistics Support for Today?s Environment? (3 Days): This 3 day course presents the newest trends in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) as a result of Acquisition reform, performance based logistics, and contractor logistics support given our modern state of warfare and readiness; and the tools and techniques to successfully implement those requirements. The MIL-Handbook 502 is reviewed to be sure the student understands the DoD and contractor responsibilities. The course discusses applying ILS to the ?Complete System? including software, and commercial off the shelf items. Performance based logistics, and contractor logistics support are covered in detail throughout the three days. There is also a discussion of measurable and testable supportability requirements and analysis. The course concludes with a discussion of the continuing logistics cycle and the anticipation of what future initiatives may have on ILS. Course development required to meet DoD or DoN specifications. Demonstrated experience with DoD or DoN providing logistics training required. Course will be conducted at multiple locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Pricing will be based on a firm fixed price per student (min. 12, max. 24).
